We’d like to hear from you. At Long Life Property Improvements, we believe that customer service and attention to detail are the keys to our continued success. Therefore, after each job is complete, we send our customers a short Customer Feedback Survey from our Service Department, along with their warranty.

This survey helps us ensure that we are doing everything possible to make the Long Life replacement window installation experience the best it can be.

As an incentive, with each survey that’s filled in, we make a donation to the CKNW Orphan’s Fund in the customer’s name. It’s our way of saying thanks.
