We come to your North Vancouver home, take laser measurements, and email a detailed quote within two business days.
Our construction lead will visit your home to take final measurements for your window order. We’ll take a deposit and place your window order. We’ll stay in touch to discuss any specific needs.
Your order goes straight to Vinyltek’s Delta plant; current lead time is about eight weeks.
Now it’s time for our in-house window installers to get to work! Our friendly crews take great care to treat your home as we would our own, often leaving it cleaner than we found it with beautifully upgraded windows!

Once the order is placed we save your spot in our installation calendar. Next, our Installation Manager will be out within a few days to take the exact measurements for ordering.
The windows take roughly 4–6 weeks to manufacture, after which we’ll contact you to confirm the installation date.
As each window is made to order the price will vary based on size, colour, operation style and design.
As a ballpark, you can expect $1,800–$2,800 per window, including professional installation.
We service the entire Lower Mainland—from the North Shore to Surrey—including Whistler, Squamish, and Bowen Island.
Our showroom is based just on the Vancouver/Burnaby border on Boundary Road.
