Step 1

We start by listening.

Contact us by phone, email, or our online booking tool to arrange your initial appointment — typically around 30 minutes, though we're happy to stay as long as you need. Our expert consultant visits your home to understand your goals, assess your project, and answer every question. We'll walk you through window and door options with the right installation method for your home, including preferred colours, glass, and opening styles. We'll also share a list of completed projects in your neighbourhood so you can see the quality of our work firsthand.

Step 2

Sent to your inbox within 2 business days.

You'll receive a detailed, transparent proposal outlining your exact product selections and pricing. We take the time to ensure everything is accounted for and budgeted clearly — no hidden costs, no surprises.

Step 3

Built specifically for your home.

Once you're ready to move forward, we take a 40% deposit and reserve your date in our installation calendar — typically 6–10 weeks out depending on specifications. Our Installation Manager then visits your home for exact measurements and reconfirms all opening styles before your custom order goes into production.

Step 4

Respectful. Clean. Meticulous.

As your installation date approaches, our Operations Manager will confirm a time that works for you. Our certified in-house crews arrive on schedule, protect your home throughout the process, and complete every installation with skill and craftsmanship. We treat your home as we would our own — and we often leave it cleaner than we found it, with beautifully upgraded windows and doors.

Step 5

We stand behind our work.

Once your upgrades are complete, we'll collect the final payment — by cheque, online bank transfer, or credit card. Financing options are also available. You'll then receive your official Lifetime Warranty Certificate, covering all components: parts, hardware, glass, and workmanship for as long as you own your home. Your warranty is also transferable for an additional 20 years if you sell.
